083 - Cut Out the Nonsense |
When I was concocting the various weird predicaments Cool was putting himself in, I was worrying about some sort of conclusion. Of course, no one else was concerned with this, yet I racked my brain for one. And then I thought about our friend with the unicorn tattoo...

I had to get this comic up before March ended, otherwise... well you guys probably wouldn't notice anyway.
I thought of this gag a while back but couldn't think of an excuse. Then I thought about Cool Cuts... >:D Remember Cool Cuts getting a tattoo a while back? Later...
I drew this comic on paper about a year ago and colored it in on Photoshop. It was kind of a pain, which is a good reminder as to why I started making comics on the computer using my drawing tablet.
Just in case you couldn't tell, the top left is the front of the bag and the bottom right is his back. I got this bag from a restaurant and for some reason this is the joke I decided to go with; don't ask me why.
So are the two back together? Beats me, but maybe that's why CC's profile page says "It's complicated" concerning his current relationship.
I got a drawing tablet this Christmas and I chose to make an entire comic using it! I decided to embrace my lack of experience and go with a much simpler art style and I'm really pleased with it. To put it bluntly, it just makes the charcaters look cuter and more innocent.
And if you're wondering why the female bag is white, TRUST me, there was no shade of brown under the sun that looked remotely appealing with that pink. Actually, white paper bags do exist, so I guess everything works out! Poor guy, but what was it that you saw in her that made you fall for her in the first place? A double cheeseburger? Two small orders of fries? A salad? Whatever the case, your personal misfortunes will provide many laughs for the general public. :D
Hey, it's Cool Cuts again and this time here to save you money! Or cost you more since your bags would be using it up... if you were wondering where your bottle of Wite-Out went, check your kitchen drawers!
Got another early bag for everyone to enjoy. In case you're wonder what I do mean by an "early bag," I'm simply referring to the bags that I created during my Sophomore or Junior year of high school.
Of even more slight significance, this is the introduction of a "character!" What I mean here is a person/ bag that reappears in more comics with a distinct personality (and same color face). So say hi to "Cool Cuts" and hello to last-minute-names-that-are-puns-based-on-food... |
